go to the Ubisoft Connect settings and make sure that the “enable cloud save synchronization” checkbox is unchecked;

open ACSaveTool, in the Save File(s) field select the extracted file ACMirage[ManualSave01].save, in the Game field select Assassin's Creed Mirage, and for Decryption ID switch the Detect field to on;
in the Encryption ID field, select one of the existing saves located in: C:/Program Files (x86)/Ubisoft/Ubisoft Game Launcher/savegames/long-string-of-numbers-and-letters/6100
click the Convert button;
copy the converted ACMirage[ManualSave01].save file and paste it into your save folder: C:/Program Files (x86)/Ubisoft/Ubisoft Game Launcher/savegames/long-string-of-numbers-and-letters/6100.
