For me it's a strange game. Already in the early stages I wanted to give it up... although before that I passed with incredible satisfaction from the 1st to the 4th parts. Unity was sagging a lot and I hadn’t gotten to the syndicate yet. Disputes about the Witcher are generally aside. For me, these two games cannot be compared in terms of the level of development.
What threw me into a stupor? Illogicality. In Alexandria, for example, you go out near the Palace and at level 12 you scatter ALL the guards like children with 1-2 hits... and then you climb over the wall into the ARSENAL (like a weapons WAREHOUSE, right?) And there in 3 minutes of somersaulting and attacks - you take out 10% of the SWORDMAN's life. Fuck it. But in the end, one arrow takes out 90% of your lives. How so? These two zones are separated by 1 wall. Why is the warehouse guarded by warriors two orders of magnitude stronger than the Palace? Why, if the enemy is 4-5 levels higher than you, the hidden blade doesn’t kill him (when did that ever happen???) But he just pulls it out like a bee’s sting, and 40 percent of his HP is taken away. Does he have an armored neck? Why does it cost the same to upgrade a weapon from level 1 to 10 as from level 9 to 10??? Why in the Pyramid of CHEOPS we walk on a pile of gold but can only take two BOWS from the chests? I rode there 3700m... that is, the horse galloped for about 8 minutes... and then - two bows? Despite the fact that upgrading weapons now costs 4000 (even at level 1, as I said earlier). Why not find at least 1000 in the pyramid? I'm Walking on Gold!!! Found a secret passage, etc. crawled through the labyrinth... For what????
There are plenty of moments like this... but what upset me the most was the hidden blade. I loved him from the first part. This was the feature of the game. You sneaked up behind and killed everyone... now - it turns out, not everyone.
