So, Unity. Insanely unfair hate, which was not the least of the reasons for the fall of the series. And of course the eternal pressure from the publisher.
For me, this game is the best among all parts, and even better than the second, if compared ideologically, because comparing the rest would be unfair in relation to the second, due to the time difference.
The best open world in the series, an insane amount of small details, believable historical buildings - this is a separate art. And in addition - better parkour, a more complex, comprehensive system, making this world even
more interesting to explore.
The combat system is also very good, although it requires some improvements. The difficulty may be higher than in other parts, but overall it is still easy. High variety of weapons and fairly wide customization. The plot is not bad, and it has its own hidden meaning, in addition to the usual revenge. This is a discussion about why the Assassins and Templars cannot unite. This is Arno, at first seemingly a prototype of Ezio, but soon completely different. The main character came out well. He's not perfect like Ezio was, but that's what's attractive. His main goal is not really revenge, but the benefit of his loved ones. The Brotherhood of Assassins is also not perfect, and in general the picture turns out to be more realistic. I will also note the cooperative missions, done well. But you need to go through them in the company of people you know, since there will be chaos with random people. The only downside is that there are few of them.
Optimization is now normal, no bugs found.
Well, the hate that arose due to the tight deadline for development. Moreover, it’s unfair, Unity took 2 years to make, everyone’s favorite, and me too, Wild Hunt for 5 years. Both had bugs, but they humiliated Unity.
Overall, a wonderful game that is worth trying first rather than listening to all sorts of “experts”.
