Well, in principle, the game is great...
Their disadvantages:
1) the engine is from 2004. I read it, the developers decided to change it, so in the end I gave it 10 *, although the final score was 7. Why, see below
2) graphics. Yes, they improve it every month, but the engine won’t let it run wild.
3) control. It’s old, although if you get used to it you get a kick... Well, don’t turn against the wind, you get a kick too
4) sometimes there are game conventions.. Much less than in other games, at the level of “a little better than Bannerlord, worse than Warband with normal mods"
5) dead companions have incredibly little dialogue, contacted the developers... They say that they will fix it in one patch.
6) unbalanced difficulty, playing on the flipper, desperate corsair sometimes you need to mindgame... But this is what the developers say directly... Therefore, a very controversial minus. If you don’t like the difficulty, take it easier or use the cheat menu.
Pros:
1) cool combat, general surroundings, a lot of game options
2) very strong lore, if you communicate with everyone, read everything... Insanely pleasant, the world becomes really alive... Even magic And the TUs are explained during the course of the plot, a ton of secret dialogues are open only if.. Communicate about them.
3) a really interesting plot, I advise you to fly without guides - (except if it’s too damn hard without them, you can’t complete it and permanently screw up the main quest)
4) a unique game where you can literally do a lot and role-play.
