Games Crysis All reviews Review from MrCrazyCat

Here it is - the game that made all the grafodchers piss themselves with boiling water. In this regard, the legendary “Crisis” had no equal. Everyone wanted to see the game at maximum settings, but...the hardware was burning with a blue flame and begging for mercy. Now, the name of the game Crysis and the company CryTek are associated with incredible graphics that challenge the best PC builds. And this is not without reason. The game has become a kind of benchmark. But enough about that and let's move on to the game itself.

Crysis was positioned as an open world shooter. Like, go wherever you want and do whatever you want. But reality is cruel. In fact, we only get the opportunity to approach our destination from different angles. In principle, it is tolerable. You can come up with tactics to fight the enemy using the landscape, shelter, etc. Speaking of enemies. Despite the fact that we are dressed in a state-of-the-art futuristic combat suit, the enemies can knock us through in no time. In an open battle (even with the defense mode turned on), you cannot survive against them for long and you have to act as covertly as possible. I didn't really like this moment.

And so. Something strange happened. Several supersoldiers are sent to investigate this “something.” And we, in fact, have to figure this out.

Gameplay. There is a weapon upgrade in the game. Those. you can change it depending on the situation. Attach an optic with a silencer, or a collimator with an under-barrel grenade launcher - whatever you want. The number of these weapons is also pleasing. From a pistol to a minigun and a gauss rifle (as well as a couple of extraterrestrial guns).

It is also possible to control ground transport. Jeeps with a machine gun, tank, etc. You know, it's a lot of fun to drive into a bunch of enemies in a jeep, sit behind a machine gun and crush everyone you see. BUT! The chance of dying in the first 20 seconds of the battle is very high. I wrote about this above.

Suit. The main feature of the game. It has modes such as:

- Increasing physical strength.

- Increases armor level.

- Increased speed.

- Disguise mode.

Well, a few words about the modes.

Increased strength will allow you to deliver strong punches, sending your enemy flying. Increases jump height. It will also allow you to throw a grenade much further, while remaining unnoticed. The suit will shimmer in red.

Armor will protect you from mortal wounds, but it is worth considering one fact - the greater the damage, the more energy the suit consumes. So don't expect to withstand several tank shells. The thing is very useful. More than once he will help you out in difficult times. Also reduces fall damage. The suit will turn blue.

Acceleration makes you more agile and speeds up weapon reloading. I used it to run to a safe place from the shelling. And that’s it. In this mode the color will turn yellow, ala Flash.

Camouflage is what you climb in most of the time. There is nothing more satisfying than sneaking up on an inattentive enemy and sending him to his forefathers (especially if you suddenly turn on the Force and throw him into the air).

The only jambs are scripts. They just don't work. And you stand and wait for something unknown (when you play for the first time). Then you restart the game, go through everything again and maybe the script will work and you will see the continuation of the mission.

The plot of is interesting, but does not keep you in suspense. Those. It’s there, it seems cool, but “Oh, you’re Chinese, I’ll tear you apart now” turns out to be more interesting.

I hope my writing will be useful to someone. All the best!
