Another game, undeservedly forgotten among high-profile AAA titles, which I bought during the summer sale on Steam.
Defy Gravity is a two-dimensional platformer where, with the help of gravity, we have to go through a game world full of dangers. Having only a jetpack and fields of positive and negative gravity, the hero-astronaut must carefully jump on platforms and avoid various spheres and laser beams, which are also affected by the fields.
Interestingly, the game encourages you to combine fields to complete levels, and this feels about as exciting as the portals in the game Portal. And the complexity of some levels really makes you sweat, because the game conditions limit the player to only the ability to shoot 2 fields of each power before the next landing on the platform.
