The very first and best part of the Deus Ex series. This game should not be played to kill time, so to speak. It must be played thoughtfully, completely immersed. The game can be played in different ways: noisy or quiet, stupid or smart, killing everyone or not touching anyone. The game also has an excellent plot, equipped with interesting dialogues that are “not for stupid toys,” which Deus Ex is not. In general, I liked the music so much that sometimes I just want to stand and listen to it. The universe of the game is well thought out, thanks to the literature and newspapers found in the game, you can learn a lot about it. Those who haven’t played it yet, be sure to do so, you won’t regret it. And yes, the game is worth buying.

A great game of its time. The same cover, with “Translation from Fargus” proudly displayed on top), disc for 120 rubles. This was not just another action-adventure shooter, it was a full-fledged cybernetic novel, with many tricks and goodies. Gamers have never been so spoiled, and everything in this game was amazing: the skill system from lockpicking to precision medicine, all sorts of interactions with the environment, weapons, dialogues... you can’t remember everything. As they say, “this game had a soul,” I wanted not just to pass it, but to understand the essence of what was happening. We are waiting for the remaster.

Deus ex... MASTERPIECE 2000. A game that has captivated millions of players around the world. The first, and perhaps the best game in the series for many reasons:

1) An interesting plot that is addictive, even if you are a newfag and/or decide to play this game in 2018 or later

2) A well-thought-out universe. Everywhere you can find newspapers with news, books that reveal the location or, for example, the inhabitants of the house, etc.

3) Character development system. You'll have to think about what you need to level up based on your playstyle, especially early in the game. Otherwise, by the middle of the game you will not be able to open the door, turn off the cameras/security robots/lasers, or kill the enemy without spending several clips

4) Your decisions affect the characters around you. W… Read full

One of the first games I completed on PC. The plot of the game

is simply brilliant, the graphics are excellent for its time. The game

has several endings. In general, Deus Ex proves that old

games are much better than modern ones.

This part is the best of the entire series. It has very extensive game locations, a bunch of character characteristics, changes in which actually affect the character, useful perks, an interesting plot, a cyberpunk atmosphere, and unofficial Russian voice acting ala “hello monophonic nineties” and “Let’s say something similar, who will understand it” only adds charm to the game. The game is unrealistically long, but the plot draws the player into completing levels for hours. One of the best RPG games
