Devil May Cry 5.
I haven’t played Slashers at all before,
But I played games from the Capcom studio, decided to look at the jokes, saw memes about the DMC universe, Dante’s flex to Heartbeat, Virgil’s chair of strength and motivation,
and Nero’s phrase “they cyberbullied you, yes”, all this attracted my interest in this universe, before that I had only seen it from my friend whose bread, don’t feed him, let me play He played “Japanese music” back then at the release of DMS 4 and I was like 🗿 what is this, but I liked the music so I just gave up on it.
The time has come to download it, I immediately took the special edition, because I also wanted to play as Verg and find out what kind of Power&Motivation it is.
Well, let’s launch, we see the launch screen, (you received a golden sphere for entering 1 piece, you just logged in and they already gave you something🙂) so some kind of mechanical hand, some kind of chilik with white hair and with a two-handed sword on back and special effects wow puff DEVIL MAY CRY V(5🙃).
First I looked at the history of VHI since there is such a function there, okay, I quickly delved into the lore and went to chop meat according to the signature recipe of the local kebab shops.
The first minutes of the game are training, this is to walk, this is to hit, well, the classics in short (in soulslicks they throw you straight into hell after training), well, right away, naturally, according to the law of the slasher, our GG completely forgot physics and now it’s clear why Newton even started to come up with gravity of the earth (although if you could move around like in slasher films, I think few would be against🙂), along the way we meet such Persians as V - a local fashionista in a top wearing a suit from Italian fashion designers with tattoos, and a frayed nature and the appearance of an actor in Korean films but with a European face, he controlled a talking bird and a panther on which he moved like on a unicycle when it crumbled into a puddle.
So we go through the main door and see that our comrades are in dire straits and we, as a hero, decided to show who the Old Man is, we decided to attack the pathetically sitting Urizen (the main villain of the game (but there are still surprises)), we shoveled it to the fullest, Dante decided to detain him since we are too weak, and even with one hand we are nowhere near him, indignantly we leave together with V and understand that we need to become stronger.
And then the fun begins.
The further we go through the plot, the more interesting it becomes, leveling up, equipment, techniques, and most importantly - a COOL SOUNDTRACK, I love when in games the music affects the atmosphere so much, and I try to find such games so that it would not be a shame to download the OST, and DMS is the same example of Devil Trigger, Crimson cloud, Subhuman, Bury the Light, this is something.
