What would you like to say after the first hours of the game? It's not for the faint of heart. It is too complicated, and sooner or later you will like it. It is by no means a continuation of the arcade and funny in all aspects of DiRT 3 - before you is a completely different race, a truly high-quality simulator for fans of "hardcore", which is a rarity among modern games.
The game wants to make friends with you from the first minutes, offering careful customization of your profile and car control scheme. If you decide to buy it after DiRT 3, then for the first four hours you will have nothing but pain - you will not be able to keep up with the help of the navigator, you will be thrown from turn to turn, and I am sure one of your first achievements will be “Monday is a hard day ...". First place? Forget it. When passing turns without “penalties”, which will only be written down for you on the road, your average position will be 3-5th place out of 16. You won’t be able to get used to this game quickly.
As for the gameplay, it’s just fantastic what work the developers have done. So, to let you feel the difference in cars that differ in weight, and especially in the drive wheels, is worth a lot. Each car requires its own approach, and if the Mini Cooper is not a very capricious car, then after driving a rear-wheel drive Lancia Stratos, which is thrown into a ditch at every opportunity, your fingers will simply hurt, trying to keep it on the road. The graphics are amazing (I don't understand those who say they are "retarded"), giving you picturesque views as you zip around.
The key to success is complete concentration, attention to every little detail on the road and your co-driver. 9/10.
