Damn, someone else reviews classic Doom :D
I'm a huge fan of John Carmack and all his accomplishments in the gaming industry, he's truly a great man who worked on great games.
The gameplay of classic Doom is as simple as possible, and at the same time it plays quite well and, what is important, is cheerful and fun, sometimes I get stuck into this game and find real pleasure. In this game, don’t look at anything other than the gameplay, if you don’t know what games looked like during the time of the first Doom, this game will please you first of all with its gameplay, because as John Carmack said, “The plot in games is like in films for adults, it should be, but not particularly important,” I won’t say that I completely agree with this statement, but speaking about Doom, I agree with it, although even with this attitude to the plot, it’s hard to say that it’s bad, it’s really interesting with a premise like “the experiment came out of under control :("
Doom is one of the greatest games in the history of the gaming industry, which will forever remain in this history.
