At first it seems good, but as soon as your rating rises, you immediately find yourself forever in matches with the morons on the team. Having leveled up to rank 5, I had 80% victories, but then I was invariably thrown into matches with degenerates. No matter how hard you try, there will still be defeat after defeat. This is such a stupid balance.
