The mod adds the Crude Blowback weapon, a homemade homemade rifle based on concept art from the game developers. It can be obtained through the console: player.additem 0F001748. It can also be found on enemies. You may have to wait/sleep 24 hours for the "loot lists" to update. The gun is also placed on the dock of the Chestnut Hillock Reservoir, lying on top of an old crab trap.
