Excellent game, continues the good old Fallout with its wasteland, radscorpions and raiders.

+Graphics (try it and you’ll understand)

+Gameplay (much better and more enjoyable than in fallout 3, but at first I’m not used to it)

+Crafting (build a base, make your own costume, customize your weapon and create armor ala Skyrim )

And now, having lost ~20 hours I can say more about this game. During this time, I realized that the main plot was somehow useless, even compared to Fallout 3, but I really liked the side ones (quests for the Minutemen, all sorts of brotherhoods, etc.) I realized that the world is big and diverse. And also that there are random events (although they said that there are none). There are also bosses that dro… Read full

I’ll say right away that there is no deja vu effect. I liked the game, which is already quite good, since I can’t play many new, and especially popular, games. A very detailed world, you want to plunge into it and inspect every corner. I’ll make a note that I didn’t like either Fallout 3 or Fallout: New Vegas, after 30 minutes I deleted the game out of boredom, but I really liked part 1, even though I only played it recently. Of course, Fallout 4 has nothing in common with Fallout 1, that is, old players won’t like it, but what do they like?

Many, many words have been said about the graphical component of the game, but if you have played Fallout 3 or Fallout: New Vegas without paying attention to the graphics, then I assure you that you will like it, but if you are picky about graphics, wai… Read full

This game is a masterpiece!!! A masterpiece that was undeservedly criticized by the “oldfags”. This game has it all - post-apocalyptic, shooter, open world, RPG component, crafting, construction, the ability to build relationships, develop a settlement, etc. The open world, although not as big as many wanted, is well designed ! Down to the smallest detail! The graphics are good, and when a couple of graphic mods come out, as was the case with Skyrim, the graphics of Fallout 4 will be at the level of The Witcher 3, and maybe even higher! And the mods that have already been released can diversify crafting, complicate the game, etc. I haven’t really gone through the plot, but I know that the plots of all Follies, starting from part 3, were criticized for their simplicity. Dialogues are simpli… Read full

The game was a great success. It has become more diverse, more lively, of higher quality and worked out to the smallest detail. The idea of building bases is the only thing that I didn’t really like at first, but it adds its own flavor to the gameplay.

Hiring characters has become very useful, at first it was done alone, but a certain loneliness is felt, it’s another thing with a character who sometimes talks, gives hints, in general, an integral part of the plot. And you can expect all sorts of bonuses from them (from food to chemicals).

The New Vegas record for hours spent, number of quests completed, and main missions has been completely broken. I am glad that after completing it we are given the freedom to continue to enjoy an open world full of secrets and unexplored places.

And for th… Read full

Skyrim with updated textures. But I love Skyrim. That's why I liked Fallout 4. The main plot is not bad, but it’s not really needed anyway with such an abundance of additional quests. But the beauty of the game is in its mods😅. With their help, the world of Fallout can be turned into anything. The game is good and interesting, a good robot from Besedka.

I only played Fallout 3 and now I got my hands on Fallout 4, I immediately saw a lot of new things, I immediately learned how we lived before the bunker and how we got into it. Sometimes I feel sorry for some NPS, they sit here in the wasteland, but some of them just take me out, I do everything for them and they take you and throw you away (not only for money), well, in the harsh wasteland you have to somehow survive!

I liked the graphics, sometimes there are bugs with the light (like at a disco). Bugs in the game do not interfere, I just noticed how a corpse dances the lower break or parts of the body stupidly fly into the sky.

And so Fallout is like Fallout, a game about surviving in the wasteland and not dying from a rad cockroach.

Well, I played and watched how I change the world, help … Read full

Well, what can we say, from the gameplay side everything is much better than in previous parts. The exception is the possibility of building a base, which turns most of the gameplay into searching for the necessary garbage to build another stray, which will practically not help the player in any way. Personally, I built one settlement, and that was more than enough for me. The plot is also not enough stars from the sky, and the choice of ending literally two missions before the end of the game is completely out of the question. But otherwise, it’s a pretty pleasant game, in which you can easily wander around for at least a hundred hours (but it’s better not to)

I thought Skyrim with graphics and in the wasteland, but the game surprised me, for its price (250 rubles on sale) you won’t find a better game, it will keep you busy for 100+ hours.

I played for two months in a row or even more. The plot is a little banal and boring, but there is a turning point in the plot that makes you look at it in a new way. I will say right away that I am an inveterate fan of all parts and have something to compare with. The main storyline of the quests is very forced. You cannot choose alternative actions or refuse. You can stupidly obey and do it. This immediately spoils the whole feeling of freedom, which was abundant in FO3, for example, where, instead of agreeing, you could behave as you please and generally become the enemy of the one who gave the quest, and this leads to a change in the plot thread. But... No. You either agree, or... agree later, when you realize that one way or another you have to agree. This is a huge flaw of the author… Read full

The game is very interesting, I can only say that I upgraded my computer to play because of it. I wasn't disappointed. Lots of new features, interesting locations and not always simple and linear tasks.

Well, what can I say. I went through it twice, there are simply a bunch of different paths and options for the development of events - it’s a joke. The graphics were a pleasant surprise; on my relatively weak home computer, it was a blast. On the plus side - a wide variety of weapons, equipment, resources, all in the consistent traditions of the universe, arrangement of huts and villages is generally my favorite pastime))) Personally, I was never bored while playing. But the game still couldn’t leave a very deep impression on my soul. So a solid 9 overall.

after the game I started collecting Coca-Cola caps because I realized how needed they would be after a nuclear attack

It's not a very good Fallout, but it's definitely a good game.

Incredibly cool game!

The shooter element added to the game didn't have a bad effect on Frost. Sometimes I missed this in part 3. The graphics are good enough, I'm not too picky in this regard. I liked the plot and I was surprised by this turn and it was really difficult to decide what to do. Side quests really diluted the wandering around the wasteland, which, by the way, is also beautiful. I liked the fact that some quests, like in part 3, changed the environment (ship). In addition, unfortunately I haven’t played it yet. The game is very addictive and requires a lot of time in one session. I don’t have it yet, but I’ll definitely find it and look under every stone!

I really liked the game. Well-designed locations. Two huge DLCs and some interesting ones. A plot with an unexpected twist.

I really liked the settlement construction system. This does not spoil the game, but on the contrary, adds interest. In general, I recommend the game.

Quite an interesting game with an open world, positions itself as an RPG (although it is more action-oriented), variable progression, tons of unnecessary quests, mediocre graphics and all this coupled with good gameplay. Quite good, but I like Fallout 3 (and maybe even 76) a little more.

Folych 4 is something between average and good, because everything seems to be good, but at the same time it’s not very good, I’ll explain. We don’t have a strong plot with empty dialogues, but a rather interesting branch with leveling up. There is an outdated engine, and there are also interesting secondary quests that can sometimes be completed instead of the story. There is also a system for pumping up armor, weapons, and other nonsense, but this does not play a big role (although it is interesting). You can also notice the cool humor and funny companions, which is worth a Valentine.

In general, we can conclude that the game is just average, even though it worked for me

P.s: I forgot about the shitty SPECIAL system, which was very coolly implemented in previous fallout games, but now it’s just numbers.

7.7

As one of my friends put it regarding this game - homeless simulator 😄

In fact, the game came out well. How quickly you progress through the story will depend on you. You can open all the locations if you want, and in some of them you can also populate people and protect them with turrets. If you want, you can complete the main tasks and some of the side ones. If you want, you can do more than you need. Of course, for some tasks you will have to raise your character to a certain level, which is why the game will drag on, but in general, if you wish, you can go through it quickly.

Personally, I really enjoyed the game and I play through it slowly, exploring the entire map, trying to improve some settlements.

8.1

The game is not bad (although I didn’t finish it)

The main plot is boring, a little banal, and overall mediocre.

As for the RPG component, overall it’s not bad.

The open world is probably one of the best in the last decade, because unlike a bunch of modern AAA games, where the huge open world is not filled with anything, it’s really interesting to wander around the locations and collect various cool things, even apart from quests.

Well, the mechanics of building a base are really well implemented. Seriously, building a house for yourself is a very addictive task.

Actually, it’s 7/10, if you’re a fan of the series and a fan of the genre, you should check it out.
