The mod adds Area 51, a medium-sized location with its own quest and new items. The place has been practically untouched since pre-war times, and therefore the Courier can find a lot of useful things there (if he dares to visit). The modification includes cut content and many innovations.
To work you need Speedy Resources – a resource pack from a modder with various decorative objects.
