This mod adds hundreds of NPCs throughout Mojave to better emulate the world described in the lore, making it feel vibrant and dynamic. You'll never have to feel like you're the only person ever leaving the cities; soldiers patrol and guard the territory of their faction; raiders lie in wait for unsuspecting travelers; wanderers and tourists roam the roads between cities and shopping centers; prospectors explore the desert in search of treasure and opportunity; and as the war heats up, more and more spendthrifts will walk the streets, attracted by the bright, shining lights of New Vegas and the Hoover Dam - all according to the lore and balance of New Vegas!.
