Personally, I like this game even more than GTA 5 because of its atmosphere and graphics. The coolest thing is that it plays cool even after 16 years, although now many new games play rather blandly.
Although the game sometimes gets boring and is saved only by that very atmosphere, and of course I really liked the DLC “The Ballad of Gay Tony”, consider it the peak of the series
