I first became acquainted with this game about five years ago, if not earlier, and I still have the best opinion of it.
A little about the plot:
A young man of African-American descent named Carl Johnson has lived in Liberty City for the last five years, where he left because of the death of his younger brother, for which his older brother Sweet blamed him. But he had to return to his hometown for his mother’s funeral. Of course, he was not greeted in the best way: suddenly, his taxi was intercepted by his “old acquaintances”, corrupt cops, and told him one good news: it turns out that our hero was blamed for the murder of a police officer, who, of course, died not without their participation, they talked a little a heart-to-heart, then they took all his money, and in the end they just threw him out in the middle of the city, and even on the territory of an enemy gang, a great start to the day, isn’t it?
Somehow getting home on a dilapidated bike, Karl discovers that in the five years of his absence, things have changed for his Groove Street gang, and not to say for the better: his own gang, once one of the most influential in the city, is now was practically wiped off the face of the earth.
Throughout the game, Karl will have to work hard on himself in order to defend the honor of his gang, win the trust of his brother, and finally figure out who are his true friends and who are traitors...
Gameplay:
- The fictional state of San Andreas includes three cities: Sunny Los Santos, Gloomy San Fierro and luxurious Las Venturas, but they will be completely open to you only as you complete story missions.
- Gta without weapons is no longer Gta, there is room to turn around: from a pistol to a minigun, from a knife to a chainsaw - everything is at your service
- In terms of transport, there is also room to turn around. If you want a bike, please, sports cars, middle-class cars, company cars, tractors, lawn mowers, airplanes and helicopters - all you have to do is steal it, and you are the king of the roads
- It is also possible to change our hero. Various clothes - from second-hand to branded boutiques, the opportunity to pump up Karl in the gym, or fatten him up at the nearest eatery
- A large number of extra-plot missions: if you want, work as a taxi driver, if you want - as a courier, you can become a doctor, but if your conscience awakens for everything your crimes, then you can steal a police car and start fighting evil for justice
Personal impressions:
The game is very interesting, addictive, and quite good. I’ve already completed it several times, but now I turn it on sometimes just to just drive around the countryside in the evening, or to complete a couple of out-of-game missions. I play without mods, I am for naturalness . True, I threw a bunch of music there, so now only my favorite music plays on one of the radio stations. What could be more beautiful than an evening ride through deserted fields, a dark forest or desert listening to Linkin Park - not alone or 30 seconds to mars - Kings and Queens? Well, this is more like just a side note: Z
I also want to point out one nuance that, in my opinion, distinguishes San Andreas from its predecessors. This is her hero. No, I'm not talking about its origin, the matter is different. His soul rather plays a role here. In my opinion, the first Gta hero to have it. Of course, if necessary, he can become a cold-blooded meat grinder, but he does not believe that murder is the solution to all problems.
