When contract killers from the ICA organization, to which Agent 47 belongs, were eliminated in a series of mysterious murders, it became clear that a larger and more powerful organization had emerged. Realizing that his life might be next on the line, Agent 47 heads to the United States of America, where he begins preparing for new assassinations.

The main task of the player is to carry out various contracts to assassinate targets, doing so with maximum stealth and minimal attention. As the game progresses, the player travels to different locations around the world to complete various missions, including assassinations, kidnappings, and other similar operations.
