Horizon was my first game on PS, and I am immensely glad that my acquaintance with the console began with such an amazing product in all aspects!
The game made you fall in love with yourself from the very first minutes, and then slowly increased the temperature, gradually opening up like a flower, turning falling in love into a feeling of hot love. A very pleasant surprise was that here you can’t just run forward, shooting at everything that moves from “that bigger fluff”: each vehicle requires its own weapon, its own strategy, and sometimes its own armor. You want to fight with machines not because you need experience points to upgrade your next skill, but simply because it’s interesting. Expo is just a nice bonus. In my opinion, this is what keeps you from getting bored even after many hours of gameplay: the battles are active, filled with spectacular action and excellent drive! The cut scenes create the feeling of watching a spectacular action adventure game, the plot gives the feeling of reading an exciting book in the science fiction genre.
Horizon is a world that you want to immerse yourself in, that you want to study, explore its farthest corners. This is exactly what happened to me, so it took me more than 100 hours to complete: simply because I periodically got stuck and simply admired the surrounding picture or the detailed content of the location.
