Lair is a first-person action game with a dash of fantasy from the developers at Factor 5 GmbH. The main publisher of the game is Sony Computer Entertainment Europe Ltd.. Lair is also known as Rise from Lair. It's possible that Lair is being developed for PC, but that version hasn't been announced yet. Looks like Lair is a total crapshoot. This is evidenced by the low ratings on the Metacritic service.
