Games Lords of the Fallen 2014 All reviews Review from Paranoid

I'm not a fan of souls games, because I haven't played them, and I haven't played them because the main feature of these games is hardcore and constant death. I’m not a masochist, it’s not that I only like casual games, but I’m not interested in replaying something over and over again.

But nevertheless, I wanted to find out on my own skin what kind of genre this is. The price for the original Souls games was steep, at least for “just trying it out.” But Lords of the Fallen cost 75 rubles, that kind of money is not a pity. Plus on Steam, some positioned this game as one with which you can start playing souls-like games.

Well, what I want to say is that it seems to me that the game being hated is not entirely fair, in my opinion. The game has excellent graphics, many complained about optimization, but I get a stable 60 fps on ultra. The game has a lot of weapons and armor, the monsters require a different approach. Perhaps the game is of course mismatched, because I still haven’t figured out how to play with a heavy sword, because it stupidly doesn’t have time to hit, but I don’t rule out the possibility that you just need to get used to heavy armor and weapons.

Therefore, I personally have no complaints about the game itself, but perhaps I simply could not understand its disadvantages due to lack of experience.

BUT thanks to this game I realized that I will not play souls games, because I don’t like the concept itself, which is essentially the same as in Dark Souls, these constant deaths and constant respawning, as a result of which you are marking time , it's not mine.
