Despite the fact that Death Stranding has not yet been released, a mod with a character from this game has already appeared. Modder JinMar has created a modification for Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain that replaces Snake with a character named Cliff from the DS.
It also requires SnakeBite Mod Manager to be installed.
