Games Minecraft: Story Mode - Episode 6: A Portal to Mystery All reviews Review from ithitym

The game started, the narrator began to briefly retell the main points of the story... the game crashed. Want to know why? If not, then go straight to the episode review (at the beginning it will say “EPISODE REVIEW” in huge letters), and for those who want to know what kind of misfortune happened, I’ll tell you. It turns out that in the comments to the torrent that was downloaded, many wrote about this problem. Oh, torrent... But in this case it is completely justified because at the time of writing the review, no one has a license for this game, and therefore it is not on GOG and Steam (I even double-checked it), and therefore the only way to play is to wear download eye patch from torrent. In general, I had to download it from another source, fortunately the saves matched the new version. Looks like the backstory is over.

_EPISODE REVIEW_

8 out of 10. The episode is made in the genre of an adventure detective story. The plot is interesting, the characters are interesting to watch, and the plot twist towards the end is very unexpected. The episode constantly keeps you in suspense. But there are a couple of disadvantages that relate more to the technical side. For example, it wasn’t until this episode that I realized why the picture sometimes becomes “torn.” Well, or rather not a picture, but... For example. The character approaches, performs one of the listed actions, and then finds himself in a slightly different place or the environment changes slightly, as if something happened in a split second that remains a mystery to the player. It turns out that these cut scenes are “finished” only for one specific choice. For example: the GG needs to expose the villain and she makes the choice to “come from afar”, although she could have chosen “to capture the villain”, after the dialogue the picture changes and the villain has already been captured and the plot continues. Those. the transition would be smooth and imperceptible when choosing the desired ending, otherwise it may seem abrupt. But this does not spoil the impression at all (maybe just a little). And I really liked the episode. Wow, that's a lot of text. And they pay me some pennies for this (pun for pun sake)
