I personally highly anticipated the continuation. I understand why the project was rated so low. The difference from the first part is not so significant. They just added an open world in which all you can do is run across the rooftops. Yes, it’s exciting, BUT, we already saw this in the first part, here the game didn’t bring anything new, so the duration of the pleasure from running errands is much shorter. On the plus side, they finally added a cursor that tells where to run (in the first part this was not the case, and sometimes I would get stuck for 10 minutes and think, what should I do?!). Leveling has also appeared, but I would not say that it has a strong impact and is needed to complete the story. More likely, it’s a cheap motivation for additional tasks in the open world that you don’t really want to complete. The story missions aren't much different either. It all comes down to the fact that you run from one point to another, somewhere you will have to fight with the guards once. The combat system here is very primitive, but the game is not about fighting, so we won’t find fault here. It’s a pity that you can’t pick up a gun anymore, but oh well, the developers know better. The storyline is not particularly interesting. Yes, at a certain moment a certain family intrigue appears, but I won’t say that it was very interesting to watch it. And the characters, except for Faith, were not memorable. The biggest plus here is the graphical component. The author has preserved and improved the visual style of the game, which really appeals to me. Yes, that’s why I was waiting for this game, to run around the beautiful city. And of course, the soundtracks remained at the same high level (from the first part the track in the main menu was remembered forever by me), here I can’t say that I was also remembered, but I added something to the playlist.
As a result, we can summarize that the game can be downloaded from a torrent and played at your leisure. It is short and not difficult to complete. Average with its own original graphic style.
P.s. I don’t evaluate multiplayer and localization.
