NCAA Football 13 is a third-person sports game with elements of an American football simulator from EA Tiburon. The game is published by Electronic Arts. For some reason, the game has not yet been released on PC. It seems that NCAA Football 13 turned out to be complete crap. This is evidenced by the low ratings on the Metacritic service.
