Need for Speed Undercover is a turning point in the history of the series. It was from this part that it became clear to everyone that the developers had reached a dead end and no longer had fresh ideas, and releases of new series like “Well, we’ll add something here, change this, and let’s make it night instead of day” will no longer work . However, when I played through the game (and this was in 2008 and 2010), such minute details and criticism did not interest me. My goal was simple - to complete the game at any cost to the end and get as much fun from it as possible. The game is worth playing through, if only because it has a simple, well-worn Hollywood plot, but it is quite spectacular, where in the end you will get a fully developed picture in the form of a small and interesting ac… Read full

She's very cool.

After professional track racing, Electronic Arts decided to “return” to the streets!!! But they didn't do it very well. Graphics, localization, plot, gameplay, cars, cinematic cutscenes - all this is good, and even excellent!!! But... there is always a but!!!

Annoying speed limiter and car physics during impacts and collisions. It's horrible!!!

But otherwise everything is fine!!! Duels, congested roads, the feeling of speed and chases with cops who have become even more bloodthirsty than in “Need for Speed: Most Wanted (2005)”!!!

In this game, as in the previous part, nothing has changed in terms of tuning and styling, but the physics have become too peculiar, it is too light and the car cannot be felt on the road, the music is as always good and dynamic, the plot is interesting and there are twists and turns but expected, a game for a couple times no more

Here you have NFS, which wants to be the afterburner. The plot may work, but the gameplay... Compared to the previous Pro Street, Undercover looks wildly crude: here you have headlights that shine at a distance from the car, disappearing pieces of tracks, glitchy lighting and fucked up controls, which were cool in Pro Street . In general, it turned out that Black Box, whose games in the series I really love, decided to make PS in the open world, but they screwed up wildly. They were unable to transfer the technical component into the open world. The plot of the game is an action movie about an undercover cop who needs to infiltrate gangs of racers. This is what I'm talking about, that Undercover is trying to be a fast and furious one. The live action videos and their acting look great. The… Read full
