Kaf Kafkarian is a cowardly middle-aged octopus drug addict with a tentacle trimmer who lives in a city built around a giant octopus. Kaf succumbed to bizarre nightmares about a world inhabited by twisted creatures. To help the inhabitants of his dream, Kaf must explore the underbelly of the towering metropolis and learn more about the seedy lives of its inhabitants. Along the way, he becomes involved in a conspiracy with far-reaching consequences.
