Games Odium To the Core All reviews Review from Vingelium Shar

I would call this game a one-button platformer (left mouse button only). I found it overly difficult and nerve-wracking, and I didn't spend a lot of time finishing the game. The controls are essentially simple, but in fact, I almost miscalculated all the time: I pressed it too early, then I held it too long.

In my opinion, the levels are very long (let’s consider this as a drawback of the plot))), however, they have checkpoints, but one level must be completed at a time. So that life doesn’t seem like honey, there are three mini-achievements at each level: score the required number of points, find hidden pieces and collect all the flickering balls on the level. With glasses everything went well, although it was only possible to understand the mechanism on what the speed of gaining them depends, with balls - I didn’t even try. But fundamentally this is not the question; the main thing is to get to the end.

The screenshots don't lie. The visual component of the game is excellent: bright style, original incomprehensible gizmos everywhere and different level designs. Under the fierce Drum & Bass, you and the screen will be shaken, because along with the music some spikes will twitch, gears will spin, presses will drop, gates will open and much more that will every time prevent you from living in peace. Therefore, the process certainly does not seem monotonous.

If you don’t mind your nerves, then feel free to play - it’s still sticky.
