The plot of the game is based purely on the story told in the anime. You play as a guy who gathers a crew for his pirate ship. The gameplay is that you run around cutting down 1000 enemies, then run to another place on the map and do the same thing there and then a boss comes out who is “very difficult to kill.” At first it will seem very fun and interesting, but then it just starts to get boring. I was pleased with the number of characters, since you can play not as the main character, but as his nakama (friends) or enemies. It is advisable to play on a gamepad, because it will not be convenient on a keyboard, but it is possible.
