In my opinion, the second part of the judicial coup turned out quite well, it is, of course, far from its predecessor, but the plot, charm and unexpected turns have not lost their atmosphere and spirit of the first part, the cases are as exciting as the new characters.
The gameplay remained the same, but it is important that they added two mechanics that have taken root in this series, namely: now you can show not only evidence, but also a person’s dossier and opening the character’s locks of lies during time of investigation in order to knock the truth out of him with the help of the so-called magatama, which was given by May, it is with the help of it that these locks are visible.
Well, this part focuses on investigations, on meetings too, of course, but not so much, I really liked conducting investigations with the help of the magatama.
Moreover, this is the only part of the trilogy in which there is a bad and very sad ending in the fourth case, which I really like, because Takumi says: “I was wrong with the evidence, then? Well, that’s it, from “Ryu’s career is over for you, as is his meaning in life, you lost.”
