Since I am a fan of detective stories in general and the Danganronpa series in particular, I could not pass up this series of games. I completed the NDS version using Drastic on Android. Although there are only 5 cases, each new case is more complicated and longer than the previous one, which makes it very interesting to play. I especially liked case 4, it was very tense, as it had to do with characters that I had already developed a liking for. I would also like to note the 5th case, created specifically for the NDS version (4 previous investigations were ports from the GBA) with the addition of unique functions such as the ability to rotate evidence and interact with the microphone (For example, you can even blow off powder through the emulator by blowing into the microphone, and also shouting “I protest,” although I discovered the latter opportunity only at the very end of the game, a couple of minutes before the credits). The investigations themselves are quite logical, although there were a couple of times when, during cross-examination, in response to a clarifying question, a witness said some important information, but did not update his testimony, which is why it will be possible to point out this fact only when he says it later in the story (Because of this I had to look at the text walkthrough a couple of times). Another disadvantage is due to the fact that during the investigation, with each new event (communication with a character, evidence found), you need to examine all available locations for changes. Often they are logical and there were no problems, but in the case at the film studio, in case 3, I often had to look into the walkthrough to understand where to go.
