Press X to Not Die is a fun interactive action game, much like a trash zombie movie, that makes fun of all the classic tropes and stereotypes. The game plays in the old-school FMV genre of interactive cinema, when all the gameplay is superimposed on filming with real actors. You just need to press the right buttons at the right time and sometimes choose the right answers. The game pays homage to the genre and pokes fun at the absurdity of some of its elements. For example, the main character, if you don’t press the button in time, will not get the key into the keyhole, but will start poking it at the door. You will also find 29 ways to die, the opportunity to fight dangerous girls and a clown, as well as a mode that stylizes the picture as a video quality from the 90s.
