Launch PES 2013 BAL Editor v1.4, select file open BAL and select the save Bal**.bin
Click Edit -> Set max stats and positions
then File Save BAL
Features of version 1.3:
– Fixed a bug with x64 compatibility.
Features of version 1.4:
– Added the “Maximum skills” function (can be changed later) and changing the position on the field.
Запускаем PES 2013 BAL Editor v1.4 выбираем file open BAL и выбираем сейв Bal**.bin
жмем Edit -> Set max stats and positions
потом File Save BAL
Особенности версии 1.3:
– Исправлена ошибка с совместимостью с x64.
Особенности версии 1.4:
– Добавлена функция “Максимальные скиллы” (можно потом менять) и изменения позиции на поле.
