I’m not sure about the mission “Cult of the God of Death” and the bonuses for it (gun armor and something else), I never received it. Perhaps it opens a little further, after leveling up with the Marshal (he is the one who gives the quest), or perhaps it will not open on a pirate at all.
There are 2 types of saves available in the folder - for male and female characters, the save starts immediately after the completion of the prologue.

Насчёт миссии "Культ бога смерти" и бонусов за неё (пистолет броня и ещё что-то) не уверен, я её так и не получил. Возможно, она открывается чуть дальше, после прокачки уровня у Маршала (именно он даёт квест), а возможно — не откроется на пиратке и вовсе.
В папке доступны 2 типа сохранений — за персонажей мужского и женского пола, сэйв стартует сразу же после завершения пролога.
