I waited for the better remake (in my opinion).

I liked the remake of the second part, I’ve already replayed it 4 times, and I like the gameplay itself and the shooting.

What about the remake of the fourth?

Yes, the graphics are clearly beautiful, colorful... but not at all as creepy as the original. In the original, I will remember the initial “awkward” gaits along the paths for the rest of my life.

Gameplay - well, the combat mechanics have also clearly changed, one might say that it is more familiar (more realistic?) for the average gamer these days.

This is just awesome, a very worthy remake from Capcom. It's very pleasant to play, but still, it lacks the same atmosphere that was in the original. But it's cool

I remember playing this game at school, a classmate recommended this game to me, I bought it, I come, I launch it, and what do I see?! The mouse doesn't work, it shoots on enter, in a word - horror, in general I played for 20 minutes and deleted it, after 2 hours something happened somewhere and I wanted to play it again and then away I went, and on all difficulties I tried only to use a knife , I even speedran, in general I loved this game and these developers, for me this is the game of the year, the decade! Oh yes, thank you very much for the Russian localization❤️

The 2005 game was good in terms of story, gameplay, unique setting and atmosphere. Of course, there were some shortcomings, in the form of broken QTE moments, small bugs, BUT the game hides all this behind the story it presents. I think everyone who played the original will agree with the fact that the main character and secondary characters are interesting. It's especially fun to watch Leon's witticisms and his attempt to "play" with Hannigan. The original is worth remembering and playing.

A wonderful remake of a wonderful game. An example of how to do it. They preserved everything beautiful that was in the original, updated it, remade it in a new way, and turned out to be right in every decision they made.

Capcom at the moment is an example of what kind of remakes need to be made, what kind of remakes people are waiting for, what kind of remakes should be. Honor and praise and a solid ten.

Sometimes they release things that are too geared towards Japanese tastes. Naturally, this also causes rejection.

One of the most ideal remakes in general in the entire history of games, it was necessary to try to do everything so well, which, in fact, is what the capcom studio did, I thought it would be difficult to surpass the remake of 2 parts of resident evil, but they succeeded, graphics 10/10, plot 8/10 , gameplay 9/10, optimization 10/10, in short, the game is top, I recommend everyone to play it.

At first the game felt more than great, just like the good old ones. The first hours of the game in the village and around the lake are realized beautifully. The long episode with the castle that followed, which I didn’t like in the original, almost made me quit the game, but after that it felt good again, and the last hour of the game is absolutely action-packed! I extremely, extremely strongly recommend a remake of an already iconic part, everything was done at the highest level, this is how remakes should be done, everything in the game is cool, the plot, the characters, the optimization. Resident Evil 4 is one of the best games in history. It has amazing graphics, an interesting plot, addictive gameplay and an exciting atmosphere. Every moment of the game is filled with tension and horror, and I could not tear myself away from it until I completed it.

The characters are also very well developed and I was interested in each of them. Leon is a great character and his personality and way of speaking were very important parts of the story. The villagers were truly scary and I often felt on the edge of survival as I made my way through many obstacles and combat on the way to rescuing Ashley.

Resident Evil 4 is a true masterpiece and I recommend it to anyone who wants to continue the series and those looking for a great action-horror game.
