At the moment, of all the existing parts of the games in the Resident Evil series, I have played 4, 5, 6 and this part.
And I will say that it turned out to be quite interesting, tense in places, and with gameplay that I liked in terms of switching between characters. Suppose when you play at the beginning as girls, your main character has the basic skills that we are used to in other parts, and if you switch to the second, then thanks to the flashlight you will find secrets and other subtleties for the plot.
Further, when you play as a man with a child, the man also has simple operative skills, and by switching to the child (whom the operative met in the story), you can see enemies through walls, as well as invisible giant insects.
I’ll say right away that during the passage you will be repeatedly visited by feelings that there is some kind of inferiority or boredom, but at the most necessary moment you are again given action that does not let you get bored and forces you to wisely spend ammunition, explosives and teaches attentiveness so that first aid kits are not in short supply.
In this part, by the way, you will be forced to spend ammo more wisely and not just shoot like a cool raider in all directions.
Plus there is another interesting addition in which you will play as a child with the ability to see through walls. I also recommend playing it.
By the way, the plot turned out to be interesting.
And even despite the fact that during the passage you will be visited by vague doubts about whether it’s worth playing or not - where turns of events say that it’s worth it and really begin to drag you in further. After a while, the desire to return to this part of the game still appears.
