For those who don’t know, Revolution is the same classic Sam, but with the support of a modern hardware engine. In fact, this is where the differences between the classics and this part end. Yes, you can change the interface, but it doesn't matter. Noteworthy features include changing the rate of fire, the number of rounds and the number of monsters. Here's something that can really have a little fun. And again, the engine at times simply cannot cope with such hordes of monsters.
The author of this (remake?) promised to make a new campaign, but since the release of the game into early access (I note that this was already a very long time ago) nothing has been heard about it. And yes, the game is still in early access.
If you've played the classics and are wondering if THIS is worth purchasing, my answer is no. Because the classics run just as well on modern hardware. Unless you want another game for your collection on Steam - then yes. Otherwise, you won't lose anything. Online is still extremely small.
I won’t say anything about localization at all - it’s not here.
