The Simpsons Hit and Run Restoration.
This mod brings back into the game a lot of cut content that, for various reasons, did not make it into the final version.
What the mod adds:
1. Dozens of settings and changes to missions that restore their original appearance
2. A ton of improvements to improve aesthetics
3. Replaced car traffic with the addition of unused vehicles
4. Redesigned character, HUD, icons and more
5. A bunch of sounds and music tracks that were cut
And many many others!
