This game is so good that I can't think of a better 3rd person shooter! For a shooter, there is a very interesting plot with deep meaning (for example, the upside-down flag in the main menu was made for a reason). The music is simply magnificent (it was written by bands such as Deep Purple and The Black Angels), personally, it sounded in my head for a long time, and I’m also glad that it turns on on time. The partner bots are very smart: if you ask to kill a sniper or someone else, they kill you (very helpful on the last difficulty), they tell you where to shoot if they see the most dangerous enemy (sniper, juggernaut) or cracks with sand... Speaking of sand — it’s everywhere, there are scripted places in the game, when you shoot at them a wave of sand breaks out, sweeping away everything in its path, many complain that there aren’t many of these places, but in fact there are quite a few of them, they’re just barely noticeable. Well, I’m not talking about the locations, I’ll just say that they are incredibly beautiful!
In the end the game turned out to be very high quality, it’s a pity that many people underestimated it at the time!
P.S. In order to get all Steam achievements you will have to beat the game at least 2 times, this is due to the possibility of choice in some places (sometimes this choice will not be easy) and due to the fact that the last difficulty is not immediately available. By the way, playing on it is many times more interesting, not only because the enemy shoots accurately, but also because you will often run out of ammunition!
