Cool mod, I really liked it. Pros:
1) Good soundtrack, creepier than the original. Adds atmosphere.
2) The graphics for Stalker are excellent, with all sorts of modern graphic bells and whistles.
3) Well-thought-out survival, it also works for the atomsphere. In general, the gameplay is good, there is even stealth, and for a Stalker it’s not bad, although not ideal.
4) The plot has been well reworked, there are good side quests.
5) Old and new locations in a converted form. There are also a couple completely new ones. They all look gorgeous, it’s fun to just walk around and admire, much better than the original. In addition, a lot of vegetation has been added, which makes the Zone more wild.
6) There is a convenient configurator in which you can enable/disable mods in advance (your own are also displayed there), configure graphics and other little things.
Of the minuses:
1) There is little voice acting for key characters; if there is any voice acting, it is not very good.
2) Sometimes it’s quite difficult, the stealth system is unfinished.
3) Problems with optimization - either all textures become white, then friezes on Agroprom, then some rainbow textures appear throughout the entire location, then locations do not load, although the computer is normal, then corpses are shown as dots on the minimap, but on the location They’re not there... sometimes it’s infuriating. It's better to play on speaker - there are fewer bugs.
4) A lot of running around locations and a rather poor plot towards the end. Even with guides it’s not very convenient, since the guides have to be paid money, and the economy in the game is tough.
