I've never played Star Wars and don't plan to. I finished this game only because Epic Games gave it away for free.
This project is not a full-fledged game in the Star Wars universe, but a branch in which we have to control a space fighter and shoot down hordes of enemies, from both factions. (Imperials and Rebels of the "New Republic"). This is quite an interesting feature that allows you, in the process, to choose the group that you like.
This creation is suitable for those who are tired of hardcore shooters and RPGs with a lot of possibilities, and just want to relax a little in outer space, lazily shooting down stupid opponents.
