This mod turns rice into parboiled rice. Robin's shop sells recipes for electric rice cookers. You can buy it and turn the rice into parboiled rice. If you buy an electric rice cooker and install it, you can make rice using just rice and charcoal. Steamed rice takes 600 minutes to cook.
