The program will install and unlock all DLC for you.
The executable file (exe file) does not require manual updating, it updates itself (requires an Internet connection at startup). To unlock the DLC, you just need to launch it after closing the game and the launcher.

Исполняемый файл (exe-файл) не требует ручного обновления, он обновляется сам (требуется подключение к интернету при запуске). Чтобы разблокировать DLС, достаточно просто запустить его, предварительно закрыв игру и лаунчер.
