Black Ninja Foot Soldiers.
The author put this together by wanting the enemies to remind me of the old movie or be similar to how they looked in the 2000s. There are only 3 files in this mod, one replaces elite soldiers, one replaces kunai soldiers, and the third replaces regular soldiers. Because I still wanted to keep the other color options for nostalgia's sake. You can always rename the file to replace any grunt types you would like to see this way in the xnb folder. I basically darkened the color palette of the Elite and gave it a split toe boot look.
