The game has a great atmosphere, good music, pleasant, not very intense gameplay (if you play on medium difficulty). The game is capable of giving heat and making not only your eternal companions (wolves), but also you whine about what is happening. Your survival depends only on you; your decisions and actions can be fatal or life-saving. So why did I say the gameplay isn't very intense? It's simple. After ten hours you begin to understand and understand how the game works. You know how to play and are no longer frantically fighting for life, but exploring a world that has quietly gone into darkness, leaving the sounds to blizzards and wild animals. If everything is so gorgeous, then why not 10? Plot. The plot is a buggy mess. Cool in places, but overall... HOW COULD YOU FUCK UP SO MUCH?! It's like Hinterland didn't have any writers and handed the plot to a janitor. And the words “The longer, the better” were declared the motto. And if the first 2 episodes were converted into a playable tutorial for beginners, then episode 3 remains to wait in the wings. Conclusion: everything is fine if the plot is perceived as a complicated tutorial. Localization suffers, but if you know English even slightly, you don’t need it. I don't consider this a criterion. (There is no multiplayer in the game, and this is a plus. After all, it is loneliness and helplessness that create that unique atmosphere when nature is against you, and only a backpack with supplies is for you.)
