Time Crisis: Project Titan is a first-person action game with shooter elements from Namco Limited. The publisher of the game is Sony Computer Entertainment Europe Ltd.. For some reason the game has not yet been released on PC. It seems that Time Crisis: Project Titan turned out to be complete crap. This is evidenced by the low ratings on the Metacritic service.
