Twisted Metal (2012) is an arcade game with a mixture of racing, flight simulator and motorcycle simulator from the developers of the Eat Sleep Play studio. The main publisher of the game is Sony Computer Entertainment. In some circles, Twisted Metal (2012) is also called Grinding Metal. It's possible that Twisted Metal (2012) is being developed for PC, but that version hasn't been announced yet. It looks like Twisted Metal (2012) really sucks. This is evidenced by the low ratings on the Metacritic service.
