Ubisoft has officially announced the completion of filming for the Watch Dogs movie adaptation. In honor of this, the studio has published another photo from the set.
The film was announced in March of this year, and filming began in July, lasting just over two months. Now all the footage will be sent for revision and editing of the film.
The director of the Watch Dogs movie is Mathieu Turi, known for the films Gueules noires, Méandre and Hostile. Christie LeBlanc is responsible for the script, and the main roles went to Sophie Wilde and Tom Blyth. It is not yet known whether the plot is based on the games in the series or tells a completely independent story.
It recently became known that Ubisoft abandoned the idea of adapting the Driver series.
