Anno 1602: Creation of a New World — the game allows the player to create a realistic and living world to his taste, and the ultimate goal is the colonization of the archipelago and subsequent trade with other players, their own colonies or local tribes. It mainly focuses on the economic component, but sometimes the player has to defend against various enemies.
Anno 1602 allows you to create your own maps using the scenario editor. This tool is simpler and more convenient than many of its later cousins in other games, although its capabilities are limited. Together with the function of creating random cards, it further attracts attention to the game. However, this editor is not included in all versions of the game, so there are also amateur programs.
