Asphalt Legends Unite is a good global update for A9. He was able to bring what the game needed a long time ago. Including cross-play, cross-saves and changes to online play. It is also worth noting the good soundtrack and sound design in general. I praise the dynamic gameplay, as in almost any Asphalt (a fan of the entire franchise. I started playing with the 5th, and I really adore the 6th and Unite), plus a rather colorful and pleasing to the eye picture. The idea with private rooms from those very races from the former community manager of Asphalt "Kodin". Riding with friends without wasting fuel and tickets is a lot of fun. The new Team Pursuit mode for online play also performed quite well.
Of all the disadvantages, I can only highlight optimization for some devices. This is exactly the main problem. However, everything is fixed, hotfixes are released, compensation is given. Plus, I’m glad that the start of the game, in principle, turned out to be generous for the players. Lots of events with rare cars.
Even though the start of Asphalt Legends Unite did not go as smoothly as we would like due to some technical difficulties, Gameloft has already laid a good foundation. Unite still has a lot to look forward to and I want to believe that he will only get better. It's hard for me to name another free racing game for all platforms that could be a worthy alternative. Yes, Unite can be considered a donation “garbage dump” and pay2win in general, but I can only say that the earlier you start playing, the easier it is. Yes, and current events will help you quickly level up, generously showering players with various rewards.
The verdict is this: pass. Good arcade game.
Asphalt Legends Unite — хороший глобальный апдейт для А9. Он смог принести то, что было необходимо игре ещё давно. В том числе, кроссплей, кросс-сейвы и изменения в сетевой игре. Также стоит отметить хороший саундтек и саунд-дизайн в целом. Хвалю динамичный геймплей, как и почти в любом Асфальте (фанат всей франшизы. Начал играть с 5-й, а очень обожаю 6-ю и Юнайт), плюс довольно красочную и приятную для глаз картинку. Идея с приватными комнатами с тех самых гонок от бывшего комьюнити-менеджера Асфальта "Кодин". Покататься с друзьями без траты топлива и билетов очень весело. Новый режим Team Pursuit для сетевой игры также себя показал довольно хорошо.
Из всех минусов могу выделить только оптимизацию для некоторых устройств. Это прям основная проблема. Однако всё чинят, хотфиксы выходят, компенсации дают. Плюс радует, что старт игры в принципе для игроков оказался щедрым. Много событий с редкими автомобилями.
Пускай старт Asphalt Legends Unite из-за некоторых технических трудностей прошёл не так гладко, как хотелось бы, однако Gameloft хорошую основу уже положили. Юнайт ещё многое ждёт и хочется верить, что он станет только лучше. Мне трудно назвать другую бесплатную гоночку для всех платформ, которая смогла бы выступить достойной альтернативой. Да, Юнайт можно считать донатной "помойкой" и вообще pay2win, но скажу лишь то, что чем раньше начал играть — тем проще. Да и быстро прокачаться помогут текущие события, щедро осыпливающие игроков различными наградами.
Вердикт таков — зачёт. Хорошая аркада.
